Hokitika Market

Arts, Crafts and Produce Market selling mostly locally produced goods to locals and tourists. Every Saturday from Labour weekend to Easter.

The Hokitika Market has grown steadily over a number of years. Stall holders mostly come from Westland and Grey districts, with occasional visiting stall holders who are welcome. Last year the best days drew 29 vendors with an average of 18. Stall fees are low and buskers are welcome at no fee. Locally produced Arts and Crafts are predominant, as well as food items and produce when available. Often there is also a sausage sizzle.
