Questions about the West Coast
- What services are available on the West Coast? Visitor information and activity bookings are available seven days a week, as are petrol / gas stations. Greymouth is the largest town on the West Coast and has full medical and dental services, lawyers, accountants, real estate, service clubs, churches and community organisations as do Westport and Hokitika.
- Can I fly into the West Coast? Yes, you can fly with Air New Zealand into Westport via Wellington or Hokitika via Christchurch. There are also rental car companies available at the Airport however we would recommend pre-booking.
